My love for ancient Indian culture and teachings started some 30 years ago, as I was discovering its treasure of vast spiritually enlivened literature and the rich aromas of vegetarian ayurvedic cooking. As my palate was eager to taste the exotic, never previously felt flavours that spoke of distant lands and exciting discoveries yet to be made, my curiosity was enticed and nourished by the centuries old wisdom still taught by the faithful practitioners.
I was fortunate to be introduced to Vedic knowledge systems, which emerged as a profound science of life rich in philosophical nuances and practical guidelines towards a life of integrity and authenticity. I started by studying the Vedic literature and practicing meditation daily, and after some years added to it asana and pranayama practices, as well as ayurveda and psychology studies. I am a 500h Yoga Alliance registered teacher and an ayurveda consultant that holds a Bhakti Shastri certificate in philosophy as well. I continuously invest in my further education and growth by attending various trainings and retreats.
With immense gratitude to my teachers from days past and present for gracing me with the precious tools for unveiling the richness our inner landscape contains, I am happy and eager to support others in their personal transformation and growth.

“May the entire universe be blessed with peace and hope. May everyone driven by envy and enmity become pacified and reconciled. May all living beings develop abiding concern for the welfare of others. May our own hearts and minds be filled with purity and serenity. May all these blessings flow naturally from this supreme benediction: May our attention become spontaneously absorbed in the rapture of pure love unto the one transcendent Supreme.”
Bhagavat Purana, 5.18.9
